Translations & Interpretation: Create written translations, desktop publishing to match the original document's design (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), conduct multilingual surveys, and provide live interpretation via phone, online, or in-person. Our team has also provided on-site language support for speaking with small business-owners, filming in-language commercials, etc.

Many translators on our team have previously translated election and voting materials and are familiar with legal and complex translation work. Some have additional accreditations such as membership with the American Translators Association (ATA), court interpreter, etc.

Bilingual Event Staffing: Provide bilingual event staffing support to support outreach at community events, meetings, listening sessions, etc. Staff are experienced with deescalation and speaking on programs and services on behalf of government agencies.

Ethnic Media Relations & Social Media: Build and maintain relationships with ethnic media outlets; draft bilingual press releases and op‑eds; coordinate and negotiate media buys; monitor news coverage and social media on platforms such as Facebook, X, WeChat, LINE, Kakaotalk, WhatsApp, etc.

Language Accessibility: Audit existing translated materials, create translation workflows, train staff on language accessibility best practices, and produce culturally resonant messaging kits for language communities.

Nonpartisan Advocacy: Create and execute advocacy plans that center and uplift community members, integrate storytelling as a strategic advantage, and strengthen infrastructure for ongoing community-led advocacy.

• 2021 California Citizens Redistricting Commission – successful community mobilization to influence the Commission to take the rare action of revising draft maps.

• 2023 California Grassroots Democracy Coalition – managed a coalition of 140+ grassroots organizations to support a legislative reform on automatic voter registration, including multiple Capitol/district office visits, organizing a rally at the State Capitol, call campaigns, letter-writing campaigns, and managing subcommittees.

Outreach Strategy & Implementation: Design and execute comprehensive outreach plans that boost turnout among under‑served and underrepresented communities while staying strictly nonpartisan.

• 2024 Cal State Fullerton Campus Voter Registration and Outreach

  • Oversaw campuswide voter registration and voting awareness campaigns for a diverse campus with 23,000 students in North Orange County to compete in the Secretary of State’s statewide competition for universities and colleges.
